8. Accounts & Subscriptions

MindMirror AI may offer optional subscription plans that unlock additional features. All subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Subscriptions for MindMirror AI may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the respective platform provider in accordance with their policies. MindMirror AI does not process subscription payments directly and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google.

• Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by Apple's or Google's terms of service.
• Subscription access is managed by RevenueCat, which receives purchase receipts from Apple or Google to verify your entitlement.
• We do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other financial information.
• To manage or cancel a subscription, visit your device's subscription settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, technology, and intellectual property associated with MindMirror AI — including but not limited to the app's name, logo, user interface, AI models, and generated content — remain the exclusive property of the developer.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on MindMirror AI or any of its content without prior written permission. Your use of MindMirror AI does not grant you any ownership rights in the app or its content.

10. Limitation of Liability

MindMirror AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
